Chad earned both his B.A. and his J.D. from the University of Nebraska. He is also one of the few attorneys certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the International Association of Chiefs of Police for DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. This distinguished certification is only awarded to attorneys with the most in-depth knowledge and deep understanding of field sobriety tests.
Chad has tried cases in multiple states. He has represented clients in almost every county in Nebraska, and he has defended clients in over 100 trials in State and Federal Courts. In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his two children, hunting, fishing or camping. Chad also spends a significant amount of time at the family farm in Fillmore County, Nebraska.
