Berry Law is proud to announce that attorney Hannah Carroll-Altman has been sworn into the Kansas State Bar and is now able to continue supporting her clients in both Nebraska and Kansas. Her oath was administered on December 19th, 2018, by The Honorable John M. Gerrard, Chief United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. Upon taking the oath, she joined R. Joseph Pilgrim in representing Berry Law in the Kansas Bar. Carroll-Altman fights for the rights and liberty of individuals accused by the government and is excited to continue her representation of clients in Kansas. She practices criminal defense at both the state and federal levels, with a focus on sex crimes, drug crimes, DUI/DWI, criminal appeals, and post-conviction remedies.
This achievement is the latest by Carroll-Altman in 2018, during which she also gained admission into the Nebraska State Bar and joined Berry Law. She looks forward to the opportunity to work with individuals in Kansas facing criminal charges and is eager to help them find a positive resolution to their legal issues.
