Kathleen Pallesen Receives AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating
Martindale-Hubbell has recognized Omaha Lawyer Kathleen Pallesen with an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating.
Kathleen Pallesen recently received an “AV Preeminent” rating through the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review. The Martindale-Hubbell peer and client review ratings acts as a benchmark for the legal community to determine the most highly-respected, ethically-balanced, and successful attorneys. Peer reviews evaluate lawyers based on anonymous opinions of members of the Bar. An “AV Preeminent” rating means that the legal community believes the receiving lawyer has the highest professional ethics standards, and distinguished legal ability.
Martindale-Hubbell ratings are recognized across the country as a uniquely credible evaluation tool for attorneys. The review process is confidential, objective, and completely independent from lawyer interference. The legal community values the accuracy of lawyer peer review ratings because they are determined by their peers – the people who are best suited to assess the legal ability and professional ethics of their colleagues.
A Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating can be one of the most important criteria that lawyers and clients use to evaluate an attorney. The ratings provide vital feedback when retaining a lawyer, referring cases to colleagues in specific practice areas, or simply researching the background of co-counsel or opposing counsel. Attorneys want to have confidence in the individual lawyer under consideration, and by reviewing the ratings, they can find a lawyer who meets very high ethical standards, as well as the appropriate level of professional experience.
Kathleen Pallesen has been practicing law for over 25 years, focusing mainly on probate, guardianship, civil litigation and elder law. She is a former prosecutor and a passionate attorney who enjoys helping people in times of legal crisis by thinking outside the box, and crafting solutions tailored for her individual clients. She joined the Berry Law team in Omaha earlier this month, and it comes as no surprise to any of her colleagues or clients that she has received this distinguished honor.
