David Ceraso
David Ceraso has been a practicing attorney for the last three and a half years. A native of Wilmington, Delaware, he enlisted in the US Army in 2008 and served as a combat engineer at Fort Irwin, providing training support for forces ahead of their deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2010, he reclassified as a medic and served at Fort Bliss until his honorable discharge in 2012.
In 2016, David graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a degree in criminology and criminal justice. The same year he began attending Creighton Law School, from which he graduated in 2019. Following his graduation from law school, he went to work for a year in Washington, DC for the Department of Homeland Security in their Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office. He passed the bar exam in 2020 and began work for the Douglas County Attorney’s Office in the Juvenile Division, where he worked for three and a half years. David brings to Berry Law a deep and personal understanding of the military and veteran experience and a deep compassion for those in need.
