Tymber W. Long
Personal Injury Attorney

Tymber W. Long, Personal Injury Attorney
Tymber W. Long is a Personal Injury Attorney at Berry Law, committed to fighting for those who have been injured by the negligence of another. With a passion for advocacy and a creative approach to problem-solving, Tymber works tirelessly to help clients navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. She is known for her tenacity in negotiating with insurance companies, never accepting “no” as an answer when seeking justice for her clients.
Tymber earned her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2021 in just two years; she also obtained a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law. Her academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics with a Concentration in Law and Finance from Bentley University. She also completed a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Law from American University Washington College of Law.
Tymber is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri, but has worked cases in pre-litigation stages from states across the country. With three years of experience in personal injury law, Tymber has successfully handled complex cases, including disputed liability claims, wrongful death lawsuits, and catastrophic injury settlements. She takes pride in securing structured settlements that provide long-term financial security for minor clients. Tymber has a special interest in combatting notoriously difficult premises liability, or slip- or trip-and fall cases. One of her most rewarding cases involved securing nearly $300,000 for a young mother with significant facial scarring after a trip-and-fall incident, despite extremely difficult liability issues and multiple denials from landowners at the outset.
When she’s not advocating for clients, Tymber enjoys true crime documentaries, crafting, and traveling. She also teaches undergraduate economics part-time and keeps track of her billable hours on her calculator watch.
