Tymber W. Long, Personal Injury Attorney
Tymber W. Long is a personal injury attorney focused on helping injured clients get what is rightfully theirs. Tymber has extensive experience representing hundreds of plaintiffs involved in car wrecks, trucking wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, dog bites, slip- or trip-and-falls, contaminated food encounters, and falling object cases. She relentlessly battles insurance companies to secure full and fair compensation for those harmed by the negligence of another.
“I represent injured clients because it is easy to feel powerless against big insurance companies. I do not want my clients to be taken advantage of in addition to being injured and our firm has the experience to ensure that does not happen.”
Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Tymber attended Lincoln Southeast High School before moving to Boston, Massachusetts, to earn her Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics with a Concentration in Law. She spent a few years in Washington DC working for the intelligence community and then as a defense contractor while also obtaining her Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. After that, Tymber attended Washburn University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Business and Transactional Law, graduating with honors. While in law school, Tymber was on staff for the Washburn Law Journal, served on student government, and was a teaching and research assistant for agricultural law and legal writing courses.
In addition to her work at Berry Law, Tymber is also a bar exam preparation instructor for Themis Bar Review and an adjunct economics professor at Friends University.
