Work with Rachel"Rachel came very highly recommended, and I quickly found out why. I felt comfortable with her from day one. I was confident she was going to fight for my case after our first meeting which took a huge weight off my shoulders as I was trying to navigate the settlement alone. I was extremely impressed with her communication during the entire process and with her legal expertise in personal injury cases. She answered my calls and emails and always made me feel that my case was important to her. By far the BEST attorney experience I have ever had!"
"I can’t thank Rachel Collins enough! I contacted Berry Law while hospitalized from an accident, knowing I needed help to navigate this situation. After that I didn’t have to worry about anything other than getting better. Everything was fully explained to me and updates were provided throughout the process without having to ask. Rachel and her team were always one step ahead. Her genuine care and concern for me was evident as she worked towards a resolution. I am so very grateful for all she has done."
"After my car accident, it was nothing but headache after headache dealing with all the insurance companies and getting to medical appointments. I attempted to deal with the at-fault party’s insurance, but they continued to be difficult to negotiate with and were just outright dismissive of the extent I was impaired by the accident. I wish I would have sought council sooner, because Rachel and her team were on the ball every step of the way. She fought hard on my behalf, not just with the other party’s insurance company, but with my own to ensure I was receiving the best possible settlement. Now, not only am I receiving a grossly better offer, but she validated my frustrations and helped put this nightmare behind me. This is exactly who you want in your corner if you get hurt in an accident!"
