Berry Law added three new attorneys to their legal team earlier today. Montana Crow, David Hoeser, and Carey Collingham were officially sworn in on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, allowing them to practice law in the state of Nebraska. Ms. Crow and Mr. Hoeser will begin their legal careers by focusing on Veterans Law, while Mr. Collingham will handle personal injury cases and other civil matters.
Montana Crow graduated from Creighton University School of Law in May of 2020. She brings an impressive background of work experience and awards to the Berry Law team. She was the Senior Lead Articles Editor for the Creighton Law Review, the Legal Research and Writing Moot Court Competition runner-up, and was a part of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. Montana also received numerous CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, which are given to the highest scoring law student in each class. We are excited to welcome Montana as a VA Attorney at our firm, and we look forward to her contributions in our fight to help Veterans.
David Hoeser served our country in the US Army for 7 years following high school and deployed to Afghanistan in 2012 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He later attended the University of Nebraska College of Law and graduated in May of 2020. David is excited to practice Veterans Appeals Law in our Omaha office. As a Veteran himself, David understands the struggles fellow Veterans face when they return from service. He is dedicated to providing Veterans with the legal help they need to get the VA disability benefits they deserve, and we are excited to have him on our team.
Carey Collingham graduated in May of 2020 from the University of Nebraska College of Law and worked as a law clerk at Berry Law the past two summers. Carey will focus primarily on personal injury law and related civil matters at Berry Law. Carey has first-hand experience overcoming injuries due to another person’s negligence, having previously suffered nerve damage in a car accident that inhibited his ability to play music professionally. Due to his experiences, Carey is committed to helping others find ways to put their injuries behind them and move forward in pursuit of their goals following an accident. We are excited to continue working with Carey and look forward to his work helping injured persons.
Berry Law was founded in 1965 by attorney John S. Berry, Sr. With over 250 years of combined legal experience, Berry Law is well equipped to handle the most serious legal needs. Originally focused on criminal defense work, the firm has expanded to offer a full suite of legal services, including personal injury law, Veterans law, and civil law.
Berry Law’s ultimate goal is to provide Veterans the legal support they need to get the disability benefits they deserve and to protect the constitutional rights of all citizens. As such, we are excited to add to add Montana Crow, David Hoeser, and Carey Collingham to our legal team. We look forward to their contributions to our fight.
