Allison Schwach
Allison fights for those most vulnerable to our criminal justice system. She values each client’s unique story, circumstances, and struggles, and is committed to helping find a resolution that safeguards their future.
An Iowa native, Allison earned her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and her Juris Doctor with high honors from Drake University School of Law. At Drake, Allison worked in both the Criminal Defense Clinic and the Wrongful Convictions Clinic seeking justice for indigent clients from all backgrounds.
Allison’s experience working at the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C. provided her insight into the complex workings of the criminal justice system from the very inception of an investigation. This experience sprouted her commitment to keeping those in authority positions accountable and confirmed her unwavering belief that everyone deserves zealous representation.
Allison recognizes the importance of putting in the necessary time and effort to achieve favorable outcomes both inside the courtroom and in her personal life. Outside of practicing law, Allison enjoys spending time outdoors, biking, and watching live music. Having completed two half-marathons, Allison prides herself on achieving her goals
