Inc Magazine announces Berry Law’s inclusion in the 2018 Inc. 5000 Annual List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies
Three years ago, Berry Law had 25 employees. We were well-established in Lincoln, Nebraska and had some cases and clients in Omaha. Today, our team is over 50 strong, with 19 attorneys and offices in Lincoln, Omaha and Seward. As a firm, we have always believed in moving onward and upward. Our team is committed to taking the lessons we learn and experiences we gain with us to the next challenge, to make every step count towards our overall progress. Our culture of constant improvement and perseverance is well-known to our clients. We aggressively pursue optimal outcomes, and our attorneys are often found burning the midnight oil to prepare the best possible representation for their clients.

The Inc. 5000, considered the most prestigious ranking of successfully scaling small businesses in America, ranked Berry Law No. 3677 based on our impressive three-year growth rate. Since its founding in 1982, the Inc. 5000 has become the hallmark of entrepreneurial success, and was among the first professional publications to recognize companies like Microsoft, Dell, LinkedIn, and Zillow.
This is our second year in a row being recognized by Inc, which is something most businesses can’t repeat (one notable exception being our partner, Crisp Video Group. Congratulations!). 2018 was a banner year for us, and featured the addition of several experienced lawyers to the team. Chris Ferdico, Kathleen Pallesen, William Harris, Susan Napolitano, David Tarrell, and Joe Pilgrim have all joined us at Berry Law since the end of 2017. Their individual strengths add firepower to Berry Law’s criminal defense, personal injury, and Veterans’ rights divisions, while also expanding our offerings in civil litigation, real estate law, business law, firearms law, and elder law.
