Learn More About Your DUI Charge
In Nebraska, drivers with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .08% or
higher will be charged with DUI. For minors under the age of 21, the legal
maximum is a .02% BAC. It is important to know that the moment you are
behind the wheel, you have given automatic consent to submit to a chemical
test. If you refuse this test, your driver’s license will be automatically revoked.
Our firm approaches your DUI defense by looking at:
- Whether there was probable cause to arrest you
- Whether the arresting officer had reason to pull you over
- Whether the chemical results are accurate
- Whether medical or dietary factors had an influence in your BAC levels
- Whether your field sobriety test or preliminary breath test was administered properly
