Justin Kalemkiarian is an experienced litigator who practices in State and Federal Courts. He has been named a SuperLawyers Rising Star multiple times and has been named to the National Trial Lawyers 40 under 40. He represents clients in the areas of criminal defense and related civil and licensure defense cases, with an emphasis on drug crimes, Title IX allegations, white collar crimes, DUI/DWI defense, and professional license defense.
Justin received his bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and graduated with his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law. He is a current board member of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association.
During his time in Iowa, Justin served as an extern to the Honorable Judge John A. Jarvey of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, and as a research assistant for Professor Maya Steinitz. Justin is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Illinois, and is admitted to practice at the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.
Outside of work, Justin is an active member in the Lincoln community. He is on the boards of Downtown Lincoln Rotary, NextGen Lincoln, and Friends of Lied, and has also participated in Junior Achievement, Lincoln Young Professionals, and is a member at the County Club of Lincoln.
