Berry Law attorney, Seth Morris recently joined the Cannabis Legalization News to discuss the marijuana initiative on the ballot this November. There have been 185,000 signatures with signatures from all 93 counties in Nebraska. Morris, speaking about the ballot, said, “You can put a constitutional initiative together if you meet all the requirements, so many signatures from so many counties, but one of the fine tune points is that it has to only ask one question.
