Berry Law Attorney Seth Morris joined Trigger Discipline in a podcast titled “Understand the Confusing World of Firearms” to answer a wide range of questions regarding Firearm Law.

Firearm laws can be very challenging to understand. In the podcast, attorney Seth Morris answers questions ranging from “What are the best practices for transporting your firearms across state lines and to other countries” to “Why the AR-15 is everyone’s firearm of choice and why that’s not a good thing.”
Seth recently recorded a video explaining how one can legally transport firearms in the state of Nebraska without a concealed carry permit. He also explains some of the problems you may face while transporting the firearm in a vehicle without a trunk.

Attorney Seth Morris received his B.A. from Concordia University, then earned his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is currently a member of the Nebraska Bar Association and an active participant in NORML. Seth is an avid duck hunter and has enjoyed hunting and fishing since he was young. He is a member of the National Rifle Association (NRA) and Ducks Unlimited.
