LINCOLN, NEBRASKA,
– Berry Law welcomes Paul Lembrick to the Lincoln office. His areas of practice include litigation, criminal law, and advocacy before governmental agencies. Lembrick’s accomplishments include aiding in two actions that led to a combined award of $300K in attorney’s fees, and a successful appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Additionally, he negotiated a $1.8 million purchase agreement between members of an LLC.
Lembrick served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 2008-2015 with deployments to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He worked with prominent members of the defense industry to develop an initiative to upgrade the Marine Corps’ tactical vehicle fleet and collaborated with the U.S. Department of State to improve security at United States Embassies.
“As an organization, Berry Law has a lot of momentum,” said Lembrick. “There’s processes and systems and people in place to move the ball down the field. There’s a clear mission statement and vision, and I can relate to that.”
Lembrick earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He resides in Lincoln with his wife and two daughters.
