Aggressive Defense Against Sexual Assault Charges in York, Nebraska
In our experience defending individuals accused of sexual assault, we have learned that juries, judges, and prosecutors all want to know why someone would make up a false accusation. In cases involving children, sometimes the child has been manipulated by a family member or has false memories due to a reckless therapist.
Other times, when alcohol is involved and adults regret their decisions, the issue is whether the sex was consensual or the alleged victim was too intoxicated to consent.
