Aimee Robeson
Veterans Disability Lawyer
Aimee Robeson is a passionate VA disability rights attorney who tirelessly advocates for veterans seeking fair disability compensation. She represents veterans who have been denied disability benefits or received a low disability rating from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Drawing from her own experience as a veteran, Aimee understands the challenges veterans face when applying for the benefits they deserve. Having served in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard for twenty-one years as a Signals Intelligence Warrant Officer, she retired in December 2021.
Aimee’s commitment to veterans’ advocacy is deeply personal. Throughout her military service and beyond, she witnessed countless veterans with service-related injuries and illnesses struggling to navigate the complex process of obtaining proper benefits. Determined to continue serving her fellow veterans after retirement, Aimee discovered Berry Law, a veteran-centered firm that resonated with her values during a military gathering.
Aimee earned her Juris Doctor with cum laude distinction from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota. Prior to that, she obtained a Master of Arts in Intelligence Studies & Cyber Analytics from American Military University in West Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Phoenix in Arizona. She also holds an Associate of Arts in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu.
When Aimee isn’t fighting for veterans’ rights, she cherishes quality time with her son and dogs. She finds joy in reading, traveling, and staying active through regular workouts.
At Berry Law, we are proud to have Aimee Robeson as a dedicated attorney who brings her extensive military background and unwavering commitment to serving veterans. Contact Aimee today to discuss your VA disability case and ensure you receive the compensation you deserve.
