Mallory N. Hughes is a criminal trial attorney, who vigorously defends her clients against serious criminal charges, with an emphasis on defending against criminal allegations of sexual assault, domestic assault, homicides and other serious felonies. In 2023 alone, Mallory achieved a case Dismissal in a Felony Assault by Strangulation case, and 2 Not Guilty Jury Trial Verdicts in 1st-Degree Sex Assault cases. In 2022, Mallory achieved 3 Not Guilty Trial verdicts and 4 Felony case Dismissals, including a Not Guilty Jury Trial Verdict in a 1st-Degree Murder case. Over the course of her 13-year career, Mallory has achieved 18 Not Guilty Verdicts and 21 Felony Criminal Dismissals. Mallory also has extensive experience defending Title IX cases at colleges and universities. As a former Division 1 athlete and competitive downhill ski racer, Mallory displays relentless effort and the ability to keep going when others give up—Her competitive nature developed during her athletic career has carried over into her zealous defense of her clients.
