Meet Stephani Bennett
Stephani Bennett
VA attorney Stephani Bennett has been passionately advocating for veterans’ rights for the past five years. Stephani is an Air Force veteran who has experienced the VA disability system firsthand. She was inspired by her own military service to devote her career to defending the rights of her fellow veterans. A gifted writer, Stephani’s passion for law was sparked at her alma mater, the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Stephani graduated magna cum laude from the university and received her Juris Doctor from the school of law. During her time in college, Stephani took an introduction to civil litigation elective and realized she could use her natural writing ability to help others through law. She has a particular area of expertise in connecting Thailand Agent Orange exposure.
When she is not fighting for the disability rights of Veterans, Stephani enjoys spending her time playing hockey and is known as an elite player at her local league.

Stephani is experienced at handling VA appeals. She is a certified member of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates and cares deeply about using her skills to serve the veteran community. As a former member of the Air Force, Stephani knows how challenging and rewarding military service can be. She stands by veterans and supports former service members who are in need of legal representation. Stephani wants to do everything in her power to get veterans the service and accommodations that they need to live happy, fulfilled lives.
A Team Player
Outside of work, Stephani loves to play hockey and is an accomplished member of her local league. She plays hockey four days a week and even travels nationally to compete in tournaments. Many of her team members and leaguemates are fellow veterans. Stephani loves coffee – after her two morning cups, she gets started with her work at the same time each day, staying committed to consistency and cultivating good habits. She lives by the quote from Rocky, “One step, one punch, one round at a time.”
Stephani loves to be a team player, whether on the rink or when working with fellow attorneys. She is always ready and willing to come alongside veterans who need legal help. She considers every win a team effort and always wants to celebrate victories with others.
