Omaha, Nebraska- The multi-award winning Berry Law has added a experienced senior litigator to its Personal Injury Practice with the addition of Gregory Schrieber.
Greg holds multiple degrees from UNO, having earned a BA in psychology in 2007 and a MS in industrial and organizational psychology in 2010. After graduating from Creighton University with a juris doctorate in 2014, he was invited to participate in the Dan Jewell Trial institute in 2019. Greg truly made his mark in the legal world in 2023, however, when he successfully won a pair of trials with life-changing consequences. That year, he successfully defended an Omaha hospital against a $2.5 million malpractice suit. Even more importantly, he defended a Norfolk podiatrist against a $3 million suit. The dual win in the same year has cemented Greg as one of the premier medical malpractice attorneys in the state, making him a valuable addition to Berry Law. Having now joined the firm, he puts his vast experience to work in zealously fighting for fair compensation that Berry Law’s personal injury clients deserve.
Josh Yambor, head of the Personal Injury team at Berry Law, expressed excitement about Greg joining the team, saying, “Greg brings a high level of experience and success in litigation to Berry Law. His track record of securing significant victories in high-stakes cases speaks volumes about his dedication and skill. We are confident that his addition will further strengthen our firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional legal representation to our clients.”
In addition to his major wins, Greg has a long history in insurance law, making him uniquely equipped to represent clients whose cases involve the medical sphere. Greg says he “values vigorously advocating on behalf of clients and communicating with them through every step of the legal process.”
Berry Law was recently named for the seventh consecutive year to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing small businesses in America and named to the Military Times’ ‘Best for Vets’ list of the best employers of veterans in the United States.
