Will Harris is a compassionate lawyer, with a profound commitment to juvenile criminal defense, as well as operational law, administrative law and military justice. Will has extensive experience protecting the rights of citizens in Omaha, and vigorously protects his clients from false criminal allegations as well as police overreach and brutality.
Will received his B.S. from Bellevue University before earning his J.D. from Western Michigan Law School. He is a current member of The American Legion and the Midlands Bar Association
Will is a proud member of a military family, and his father served in Vietnam. Will is a Major in the United States Army National Guard, with over 18 years of service, including serving as the Assistant Operational Law Attorney and Trial Counsel. He also deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, successfully prosecuted court martial cases, and advised commanders and senior non-commissioned officers. He has appeared before The United States Court of Appeals Eighth Circuit and the Nebraska Supreme Court.
Will is an avid strategist who enjoys playing poker in his spare time and is active in his church with Awana.
